八正散中药复方治疗泌尿系感染Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Bazheng Powder in the Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection

目的利用Meta分析观察八正散中药复方治疗泌尿系感染的有效性和安全性。方法检索万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、the Cochrane Library、维普数据库、Pubmed数据库、CNKI(China national knowledge infrastructure)数据库,搜集八正散中药复方治疗泌尿系感染的随机对照治疗(randomized controlled trial,RCT),并进行方法学质量评价,采用RevMan5.4软件进行统计分析,进行亚组分析并发表偏倚评估。结果有11篇RCT文献纳入本项研究,总共纳入研究的病例937例。Meta分析显示八正散中药复方治疗泌尿系感染治愈率(RR=1.51,95%CI为{1.32~1.72},P<0.00001)、显效率(RR=0.88,95%CI为{0.68,1.13},P=0.31)、有效率(RR=-0.08,95%CI为{-0.12~-0.03},P=0.002)、总有效率(RR=1.14,95%CI为{1.09,1.18},P<0.00001)、不良反应(RR=0.47,95%CI为{0.03,7.22},P=0.59)效果明显优于单纯使用抗生素组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗泌尿系感染应用八正散中药复方疗效显著、历史悠久,在减少不良反应和提高患者生活质量以及控制疾病进展、减少复发率等方面,具有独特优势。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Bazheng Powder in the treatment of urinary tract infection by meta-analysis.Methods:Wanfang database,China Biomedical Literature Database,The Cochrane Library,VIP database,Pubmed database and CNKI database were searched to collect randomized controlled trials(RCT)on the treatment of urinary tract infections with Bazheng Powder and the methodological quality was evaluated.Statistical analysis was performed using RevMan5.4 software,subgroup analysis was made,and bias assessment was published.Results:There were 11 RCT articles included in this study,including a total of 937 cases.Meta-analysis showed that the cure rate of Bazheng Powderin the treatment of urinary tract infection was as(RR=1.51,95%CI{1.32-1.72},P<0.00001),marked effective rate as(RR=0.88,95%CI{0.68,1.13},P=0.31)and effective rate as(RR=-0.08,95%CI{-0.12~-0.03},P=0.002),total effective rate as(RR=1.14,95%CI{1.09,1.18},P<0.00001),adverse reactions(RR=0.47,95%CI{0.03,7.22},P=0.59).The effect was significantly better than that of simple antibiotics group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical treatment of urinary tract infection with Bazheng Powder has a remarkable effect with a long history,and has its unique advantages in reducing adverse reactions,improving patients quality of life,controlling disease progression and reducing recurrence rate.
