轮胎过热水硫化上下模温差的研究

摘要 为解决轮胎过热水硫化工艺中温差大问题,对硫化机中心机构压盖喷孔角度进行改进,并进行轮胎硫化测温试验。结果表明,中心机构压盖喷孔垂直、水平倾角均为15°可在内压蒸汽阶段减少低温冷凝水的产生,从而降低轮胎上下模温差。 In order to solve the problem of large temperature difference during the superheated water vulcanization process of tire,the angle of the pressure cover spray hole of the vulcanization press center mechanism was improved,and tire vulcanization temperature measurement tests were conducted.The results showed that the vertical and horizontal inclination angles of the pressure cover spray holes of the central mechanism were both 15°,which could reduce the generation of low-temperature condensed water during the internal pressure steam stage,thus reducing the temperature difference between the upper and lower molds of the tire.
