驻村工作队助力南疆地区基层党组织建设的路径研究

新时代党的治疆方略,为持续深入推进新疆工作指明方向、提供根本遵循。驻村工作机制为新疆社会主义新农村、巩固脱贫攻坚成果、推进乡村振兴和助力基层党组织建设等方面奠定扎实基础,取得阶段性成效。该文以驻村工作队助力南疆基层党组织建设为视角,基于新疆南疆驻村工作实践与收效,分析当前驻村工作对助力建强南疆基层党组织存在的问题,提出驻村工作要始终坚持以新疆工作总目标为指引,强化主责意识,进一步优化机制、突出重点,在助推南疆地区基层党组织建设上出实招、求实效,加快推动南疆基层治理体系和治理能力现代化,为新疆社会稳定和长治久安提供坚强保证。

The Party's strategy of governing Xinjiang in the new era has pointed out the direction and provided a fundamental follow for the continuous and in-depth promotion of Xinjiang's work.The village-based work mechanism has laid a solid foundation for Xinjiang's new socialist rural areas,consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,promoting rural revitalization,and helping the construction of grass-roots Party organizations,and achieved phased results.From the perspective of the village task force helping to build and strengthen the grass-roots Party organizations in southern Xinjiang,and based on the practice and results of the village work in southern Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current village work in helping to build and strengthen the grass-roots Party organizations in southern Xinjiang.It is pointed out that the village work should always adhere to the general goal of Xinjiang work as a guide,strengthen the sense of primary responsibility,further optimize the mechanism and highlight the key points,and make practical measures and seek practical results in promoting the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in southern Xinjiang.We will speed up the modernization of the grass-roots governance system and governance capacity in southern Xinjiang and provide a strong guarantee for social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.
