Geographic Information System(GIS)technology has become an indispensable tool in modern urban planning and real estate management.The technology allows users to process and interpret information related to geographic location through the collection,storage,analysis and presentation of geospatial data.As an advanced GIS platform,SuperMap provides a wealth of components and tools that enable users to perform functions such as map creation,spatial data analysis and 3D model construction more efficiently.This paper describes in detail the application of SuperMap component of GIS in the real estate intelligent surveying and mapping data processing system of Jinan City,covering the whole process from project startup,data collection,field data entry to data cleaning,spatial data analysis,etc.,and shows how GIS technology can effectively improve the accuracy of real estate surveying and mapping and the scientific decision making.
