基于微服务技术的智慧运维系统研究及应用

摘要 随着企业信息化建设的深入发展,业务量和运营管理要求日益提升,运维工作的需求和挑战也愈发凸显。传统的运维方式已无法应对系统的运维管理的巨大压力,亟须寻求新的解决方案以满足当前的运维需求。在此背景下,本文根据业务需求,设计并开发一套智慧运维系统,该系统基于物联网、大数据及人工智能等现代信息技术,实现立体化资源监控、标准化流程服务、智能化故障诊断和多样化可视交互等功能,形成技术为主、数据驱动的智慧运维管理能力,完成从被动运维到主动运维的转变,推动运维流程管理的数智化实现,全面提升运维效率,实现科学运维、降本增效的管理目标。 With the in-depth development of enterprise information construction,in order to cope with the increasing business volume and operation management requirements,the needs and challenges of operation and maintenance work have become increasingly prominent,and the pressure of system operation and maintenance management has increased sharply.Traditional operation and maintenance methods can no longer meet the current operation and maintenance needs.In this context,the author designs and develops a set of intelligent operation and maintenance system according to business requirements.Based on modern information technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data and artificial intelligence,the system realizes functions such as three-dimensional resource monitoring,standardized process services,intelligent fault diagnosis and diversified visual interaction,forming a technology-oriented and data-driven intelligent operation and maintenance management capability.Complete the transformation from passive operation and maintenance to active operation and maintenance,promote the realization of digital intelligence of operation and maintenance process management,comprehensively improve operation and maintenance efficiency,and achieve the management goal of scientific operation and maintenance,cost reduction and efficiency increase.
