摘要
在人工智能技术迅猛发展的背景下,基于自然语言大模型技术的应用逐渐扩展至各个领域。当前,传统的政务服务客服系统在服务质量、效率和便捷性等方面存在诸多不足。本文旨在探讨如何运用先进的自然语言处理大模型技术构建精准、人性化的政务服务智能客服系统,用于提升政务服务效率,优化用户体验,从而实现智能化、便捷化的政务服务新模式。
In the background of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the application of natural language large model technology is gradually expanding to various fields.At present,the customer service system of the traditional government service has many shortcomings in the aspects of service quality,efficiency,and convenience.This study aims to explore how to use advanced natural language processing large model technology to build an accurate and user-friendly intelligent customer service system to improve the efficiency of the government services and optimize user experience,thus,to realize a new mode of intelligent and convenient government service.
