摘要
根据SOER 2015-1《断相事件对安全的挑战》报告,对秦一厂启备变高压侧单相断线的假设事件进行相量分析,并开展模拟实验,验证了启备变高压侧单相断线时高低压侧仍然三相平衡且具有较强带载能力。高压侧单相断线无法通过继电保护和测量仪表迅速发现,不利于运行期间及时发现故障情况。通过分析和模拟实验验证,有利于同行专业人员加深对变压器单相断线事件的理解,分析和实验方法可为同行专业人员提供参考。
According to SOER 2015-1"Safety Challengers from Open Phase Events",phasor analysis is carried out on the hypothetical event of single-phase open on the high-voltage side of the SST(start/standby transformer)in Qinshan-1 NPP,and simulation experiments are carried out to verify that the low-voltage side is still three-phase balanced and has a strong load capacity.Open phase events cannot be detected by relay protection and measuring instruments,which is not conducive to timely fault detection during operation.Through the analysis and simulation experiment,it is helpful for the peer professionals to deepen their understanding of transformer open phase event,and the analysis and experiment method can provide reference for the peer professionals.
