摘要
为满足新工科人才培养需求,结合结构力学课程改革,开发了上承式悬带桥力学特性分析的高阶教学模块。针对3D打印制备上承式悬带桥模型开展了变形和破坏性实验,对结构内力和变形进行有限元数值模拟,分析结构的位移-载荷关系等力学特性。教学实践表明,实验、数值模拟和理论结合的高阶模块的探索有助于加强学生对理论知识的理解,有利于培养学生解决工程问题的能力。
To meet the demand of training new engineering talents and combine with the reform of structural mechanics course,the advanced teaching module of mechanical characteristics analysis of deck suspension bridge is developed.The deformation and failure characteristics of the bridge model prepared by 3D printing are tested.The internal force and deformation of the structure are simulated by finite element method,and the mechanical characteristics of the structure such as displacement-load relationship are analyzed.Teaching practices show that the exploration of advanced modules combining experiment,numerical simulation and theory helps students to strengthen their understanding and absorption of theoretical knowledge,and is conducive to cultivating students’ability to solve practical engineering problems.
