企业家精神、新质生产力与区域经济高质量发展--来自老字号的新证据

Entrepreneurship,New Productivity and High-quality Regional Economic Development--New Evidence from Time-honored Brands

企业家精神为新时代理解经济高质量发展提供了一个崭新的视角。基于2010-2022年山东地级面板数据,选取山东各地区每百万人拥有省级老字号的数量来衡量区域企业家精神,运用双维固定模型,实证考察企业家精神对区域经济高质量发展的影响效应。研究发现,企业家精神显著提升了区域经济高质量发展,此结论经过系列稳定性检验后依然成立。中介机制检验发现,对于构成新质生产力的三个核心要素,企业家精神不仅能够增加新型劳动者供给、拓展新型劳动资料提质、促成新型劳动对象发展,同时也能促进三要素优化组合的新质生产力发展,进而实现区域质量变革、效率提升、动力转换,推动经济实现质的有效提升和量的合理增长。异质性检验表明,企业家精神对经济高质量发展的促进作用主要体现在商业化历史中心城市。进一步研究发现,在商业化历史中心城市,数字普惠金融对企业家的激励作用更强。结论为区域高质量发展提供了新的理论视角和经验证据。因此,在出台培育蕴藏丰富企业家精神的老字号政策措施的同时,各地应因地制宜加快发展新质生产力,为全面建成社会主义现代化强国增添助力。

Entrepreneurship provides a new perspective for understanding high-quality economic development in the new era.Based on Shandong prefecture-level panel data from 2010 to 2022,the number of provincial time-honored brands per million people in each region of Shandong is selected to measure regional entrepreneurship,and a two-dimensional fixed model is used to empirically examine the impact of entrepreneurship on high-quality regional economic development.influence effect.The study found that entre⁃preneurship significantly improved the high-quality development of regional economies,and this conclusion still holds true after a se⁃ries of stability tests.The intermediary mechanism test found that for the three core elements that constitute new productivity,entrepre⁃neurship can not only increase the supply of new workers,expand the quality of new labor materials,but also promote the development of new labor objects,and can also promote the optimal combination of the three elements.The development of new qualitative produc⁃tive forces will then achieve regional quality transformation,efficiency improvement,and power conversion,and promote the economy to achieve effective qualitative improvement and reasonable quantitative growth.The heterogeneity test shows that the role of entrepre⁃neurship in promoting high-quality economic development is mainly reflected in the commercialized historical center cities.Further re⁃search found that in cities with commercialized historical centers,digital finance has a stronger motivating effect on entrepreneurs.The conclusion provides new theoretical perspectives and empirical evidence for regional high-quality development.Therefore,while intro⁃ducing policies and measures to cultivate time-honored brands with rich entrepreneurial spirit,all regions should accelerate the devel⁃opment of new productive forces according to local conditions to add support to the comprehensive construction of a modern and power⁃ful socialist country.
