Chemical enterprises play an important role in advancing the industrialization process,but they face challenges of insuff icient administrative management capabilities.This article analyzes the problems existing in chemical enterprises in terms of management process optimization,informatization construction,and risk management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.By applying the lean production concept to optimize management processes,introducing digital technology to enhance the level of informatization,and establishing a sound risk management system,chemical enterprises can effectively improve their administrative management level,ensure safety in production,enhance operational eff iciency,and achieve high-quality development.
