油库工业互联网应用探索

Exploration on Application of Internet in Oil Depot Industry

近年来,国家陆续出台多项政策和法规,要求企业通过各种手段进行风险防控,旨在保证企业生产安全。2020年,2020年10月10日,工业和信息化部、应急管理部关于印发《“工业互联网+安全生产”行动计划(2021—2023年)》的通知,中国石油集团公司积极落实国家要求,探索工业互联网在集团公司上中下游企业安全生产中的应用。油库作为油气供应链的储运中枢,安全风险高,安全生产监管难度大,属于政府重点监管的“两重点一重大”危险化学品企业。文章根据工业互联网基础架构,基于油库特点及管理要求,设计了油库工业互联网平台功能架构,实现了油库物联数据全面感知、生产运行实时监控、预警报警集中管理等应用场景,并取得了良好的应用效果,对油库安全生产管理具有重要意义。

In recent years,the country has successively introduced multiple policies and regulations,requiring enterprises to carry out risk prevention and control through various means,with the aim of ensuring production safety for enterprises.In 2020,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Emergency Management issued the Action Plan of“Industrial Internet plus+Safe Production”(2021—2023).CNPC actively implemented the national requirements and explored the application of industrial Internet in the safe production of upstream,midstream and downstream enterprises of CNPC.As the storage and transportation hub of the oil and gas supply chain,oil depots have high safety risks and difficult safety production supervision.They belong to the“two key and one major”hazardous chemical enterprises under government supervision.According to the industrial Internet infrastructure,based on the characteristics and management requirements of the oil depot,this paper designs the functional architecture of the oil depot industrial Internet platform.It has achieved comprehensive perception of IoT data in oil depots,realtime monitoring of production and operation,and centralized management of warning and alarm systems,and has achieved good application results,which is of great significance for the safety production management of oil depots.
