我国城乡社会体育的历史演进、问题与路径

摘要 城乡关系是中国现代化进程中必须面对和解决的问题,因城乡二元结构的影响,城乡社会体育长期处于割裂的状态,但是随着城乡融合工作的大力推进,城乡社会体育的融合发展成为未来中国社会体育发展的必然。本研究采用文献资料法、历史分析法,对新中国城市和乡村社会体育的发展关系进行研究。根据城市和乡村社会体育在不同时期呈现出的不同的特点,把城乡社会体育关系演进分成了5个阶段,并指出当前存在的一些问题。研究认为,应加强政策引导与规划;推动城乡社会体育文化高质量发展;坚持城镇化与乡村振兴战略同步共进;利用新质生产力推动城乡体育与相关产业深度融合;持续推进城乡社会体育公共服务供给侧改革。 The urban-rural relationship is a problem that must be faced and solved in the process of China's modernization.Due to the dual structure influence of the urban-rural,urban-rural social sports have been in a fragmented state for a long time.With the vigorous promotion of urban-rural integration work,the integrated development of urban-rural social sports has become the inevitable trend of the future development of Chinese social sports.This study uses the methods of literature and historical analysis to study the development relationship between urban-rural social sports in New China.According to the different characteristics presented by urban-rural social sports in different periods,the evolution of the relationship between urban-rural social sports is divided into five stages,and some existing problems are pointed out.The study believes that we should strengthen policy guidance and planning;promote the high-quality development of urban-rural social sports culture;insist on synchronizing and resonating the urbanization and rural revitalization strategies;use new productive forces to promote the deep integration of urban-rural sports and related industries;continuously promote the supply-side reform of urban-rural social sports public services.
