Methods of Assessing Postpartum Hemorrhage in Vaginal Delivery:A Best Evidence Summary

目的 评估和总结国内外阴道分娩产后出血评估方法的相关证据,为临床护理实践提供理论参考。方法 基于循证护理学,检索国内外专业协会网站、指南网站及相关数据库中关于阴道分娩产后出血评估方法的相关证据,检索时间为2018年1月至2023年12月。结果 共纳入15篇文献,包括指南6篇、专家共识4篇、证据总结2篇、系统评价1篇、临床决策2篇,归纳出27条证据。结论 总结了阴道分娩产后出血评估方法的最佳证据,为提高产后出血量的评估准确率提供参考方法,对预防和管理产后出血具有指导意义。

Objective To assess and summarize the evidence related to postpartum hemorrhage assessment methods in vaginal delivery,and to provide theoretical references for clinical nursing practice.Methods Based on evidence-based nursing study,professional association websites,guideline websites,and relevant databases were searched for evidence related to methods of assessing postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery from January 2018 to December 2023.Results A total of 15 literatures were included,including 6 guidelines,4 expert consensuses,2 evidence summaries,1 systematic review,2 clinical decisions,and 27 pieces of evidence were summarized.Conclusions The best evidence for methods of assessing postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery has been summarized in this study,which can provide reference for improving the accuracy of assessing postpartum blood loss.
