浅论“双高计划”背景下高职院校科研团队建设的策略——以四川S职业学院为例

Discussion on the Strategy of Constructing Scientific Research Teams in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the"Double High-quality Plan":Taking S Higher Vocational College in Sichuan Province as an Example

以四川S职业学院为例,分析当前高职院校科研团队建设存在的问题,提出加强高职院校科研团队建设的具体措施,即根据自身实际情况,从完善团队负责人的内部培养与外部引进机制、优化团队结构、健全考核机制等方面入手,重视团队文化建设,创新科研团队管理方式,从而推动高职院校科研工作向纵深发展。

Taking S Higher Vocational College in Sichuan Province as an example to analyze the problems existing in the construction of scientific research teams and proposes specific measures to strengthen the construction of research teams in higher vocational colleges.Based on their own actual situation,i.e starts with improving the internal training and external introduction mechanism of team leaders,optimizing team structure,and improving assessment mechanisms,emphasizing team culture construction,innovating research team management methods,and promoting the in-depth development of scientific research work in higher vocational colleges.
