基于计划行为理论和择业动机理论调查护生从事老年护理服务工作的意愿

Survey on Nursing Students′Willingness to Engage in Elderly Care Services based on Theories of Planned Behavior and Career Motivation

目的 基于计划行为理论与择业动机理论,探讨护生从事老年护理服务工作意愿的影响因素,为促进护生从事老年护理服务工作提供参考。方法 采用方便抽样法选取某高职院校护生作为研究对象,采用老年护理从业计划行为量表、护生老年护理择业动机问卷进行调查。结果 护生老年护理从业计划行为量表总均分为(3.10±0.60)分,护生老年护理择业动机问卷总均分为(3.28±0.51)分,均处于中等偏上水平;行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制、择业动机是护生行为意向的影响因素。结论 护生从事老年护理服务工作的意愿较强,基于计划行为理论与择业动机理论,建议高职院校采取相关措施进一步增强护生从事老年护理服务工作的意愿。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of nursing students′willingness to engage in elderly care services based on the theories of planned behavior and career motivation to provide reference for promoting nursing students to engage in elderly care services.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select nursing students from a certain higher vocational college as the research subjects.The Elderly Care Career Planning Behavior Scale and the Nursing Student Elderly Care Career Motivation Questionnaire were used for the survey.Results The total average score of Elderly Care Career Planning Behavior Scale is(3.10±0.60),and the total average score of the Nursing Student Elderly Care Career Motivation Questionnaire is(3.28±0.51),both of which are upper to average level.Behavioral attitude,subjective norms,perceived behavioral control,and career motivation are the influencing factors to nursing students′behavioral intention.Conclusion Nursing students have a strong willingness to engage in elderly care services.Based on the theories of planned behavior and career motivation.It is recommended that higher vocational colleges should take relevant measures to enhance their willingness to engage in elderly care services.
