护理本科生灵性照护认知与生命意义感、心理资本的关系研究

Study on Nursing Undergraduates′Relationship among Spiritual Care Cognition,Sense of Life Meaning,and Psychological Capital

目的 探讨护理本科生灵性照护认知现状及与生命意义感、心理资本的关系,为制订护理本科生灵性照护教育方案提供参考。方法 采用分层整群抽样法在山东省某医学院校抽取护理本科生作为研究对象进行调查。结果 护理本科生灵性照护认知处于中等水平,有待进一步提升;护理工作从业意愿、生命意义感、心理资本是护理本科生灵性照护认知的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 护理教育工作者应促进护理本科生提升护理职业认可度及喜爱程度,完善医学院校生命教育体系,以提高护理本科生心理资本水平及灵性照护认知水平。

Objective To explore the status of nursing undergraduates′relationship among spiritual care cognition,sense of life meaning and psychological capital to provide reference for the development of spiritual care education programs for nursing undergraduates.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select nursing undergraduates from a medical college in Shandong Province as the research subjects for investigation.Results The cognitive level of spiritual care among nursing undergraduates is at a moderate level and needs further improvement.The willingness to work in nursing,sense of life meaning,and psychological capital are the main influencing factors of spiritual care cognition among nursing undergraduates(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing educators should promote nursing undergraduates′recognition and love of nursing profession,improve the life education system of medical colleges,and enhance their psychological capital and spiritual care cognition.
