农村空巢老人自我效能感 与健康素养的相关性研究

Research on Correlation between Rural Empty Nesters′Self-efficacy and Health Literacy

目的调查农村空巢老人自我效能感及健康素养现状,分析二者的相关性,从自我效能感角度出发提升农村空巢老人健康素养水平。方法采取便利抽样法选取辽宁省某县农村地区的176名空巢老人进行调查。结果农村空巢老人自我效能感与健康素养呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论农村空巢老人自我效能感为中等水平,健康素养水平较低,自我效能感越强的空巢老人健康素养水平越高。应重点关注农村空巢老人自我效能感,提高其健康素养水平和生活质量,改善其健康状况。

Objective To investigate rural empty nesters′self-efficacy and health literacy status,analyze the correlation between them to improve rural empty nesters′health literacy level from the perspective of self-efficacy.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 176 rural empty nesters in a certain county of Liaoning Province for investigation.Results There is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and health literacy among rural empty nesters(P<0.05).Conclusion The rural empty nesters′self-efficacy is at a modelrate level and with lower level of health literacy.The stronger the self-efficacy,the higher the rural empty nesters′health literacy level.Special attention should be paid to rural empty nesters′self-efficacy,improving their health literacy and quality of life,and improving their health status.
