医学生农村就业意愿的Logistic回归分析及对策研究

Logistic Regression Analysis and Strategy Research on Medical Students′Willingness of Working in Rural Areas

基于广东省287名医学生的调研数据,利用Logistic模型分析医学生农村就业意愿及其影响因素。研究发现,仅有40.77%的医学生愿意到农村就业,农村就业意愿整体较低;晋升空间、学习机会、福利待遇、社会认可和医患关系是影响医学生农村就业意愿的重要外部因素,性别、生源地、是否为独生子女、家庭收入和就业信息了解程度是重要的内部因素。

Logistic model was used to analyze medical students′willingness of working and influencing factors in rural areas based on survey data from 287 medical students in Guangdong Province.The result show that only 40.77%of medical students are willing to work in rural areas,and the overall willingness to work in rural areas is relatively low.Promotion space,learning opportunities,welfare benefits,social recognition,and doctor-patient relationship are important external factors that affect medical students′willingness to work in rural areas.Gender,place of origin,whether they are only children,family income,and understanding of employment information are important internal factors as well.
