基于AIDET沟通模式的疼痛管理在创伤骨科个性化护理中的应用实践

Application Practice of Pain Management based on AIDET Communication Model in Personalized Nursing of Trauma Orthopedics

目的 探讨基于AIDET沟通模式的疼痛管理在创伤骨科个性化护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年6月至2023年6月收治的90例创伤骨科患者,按照奇偶数法分为两组,各45例。对照组实施常规疼痛护理,试验组基于AIDET沟通模式实施个体化疼痛护理,比较两组的心理状态、疼痛程度、生活质量和满意度等。结果 护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁、疼痛程度与生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后两组各项评分均降低,且试验组评分远低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在创伤骨科个性化护理中,应用基于AIDET沟通模式的疼痛管理效果显著,有助于缓解患者的负性情绪,减轻疼痛程度,提高生活质量和护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of pain management based on AIDTE communication model in personalized nursing of trauma orthopedics.Methods 90 traumas patients admitted from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups with odd even number method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine pain care,while the experimental group received personalized pain care based on the AIDET communication model.The psychological status,degree of pain,quality of life,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of anxiety,depression,pain,and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the scores of both groups decreased,and the scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In personalized nursing of trauma orthopedics,the application of pain management based on AIDET communication mode has a significant effect,which helps to alleviate negative emotions of patients,reduce pain severity,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
