广东本科高校现代产业学院建设的逻辑、历程与趋向

摘要 现代产业学院已被证明是推进产教融合协同育人的有效载体。广东本科高校依托广东产业发达、产学区域布局紧密等优势,遵循政策指引、需求牵引和多主体创新资源整合集聚的逻辑理路,在全国范围内率先开展现代产业学院建设,将产业学院建设作为破解产学错位、深化产教融合的突破口,探索出校政、校地、校园、校企等多种成熟运行模式,相关经验被誉为新工科建设的“广东方案”。未来,广东本科高校现代产业学院建设的趋向包括以需求为导向,强调育人为本,注重差异化发展和深化内涵建设等。 Modern industrial colleges have been proved to be an effective carrier for promoting the industry-education integration in collaborative education.Undergraduate universities in Guangdong Province,relying on the advantages of local developed industry and close regional industry-education layout,follow the logical path of policy guidance,demand traction,and multi-subject innovation resource integration and agglomeration.They take the lead in carrying out the construction of modern industrial colleges throughout the country,using the construction of industrial colleges as a breakthrough to solve the mismatch between industry and education and deepen the industry-education integration.They explore such mature operation modes as school administration,school location,campus,and school enterprise.The relevant experiences are hailed as the"Guangdong Plan"for the construction of new engineering disciplines.In the future,the construction trends of modern industrial colleges in Guangdong undergraduate colleges and universities include demand orientation,emphasis on educating people,focus on differentiated development and connotation construction.
