摘要 随着专业人才短缺问题的加剧,亟需在各个层面上更有效地开发和利用潜在受教育群体的学习机会。从教育公平的角度来看,现在比以往任何时候都更需要基于学生的实际表现和潜力来促进不同社会背景群体的发展。在此过程中,高等教育系统,尤其是应用型和双元制教育发挥着重要作用。 The increasing shortage of skilled workers brings with it the need for educational reserves that have not yet been tapped or have only been insufficiently developed to be better exploited at all levels.Also in the interests of educational justice,it is more important than ever to focus on and promote all talents based on their performance and potential,regardless of their origin.The higher education system and in particular applied and/or dual study programs are particularly important in this regard.
