中医药干预吞咽障碍的机制研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanism of Chinese Herbal Medicine Intervention in Dysphagia

吞咽障碍属于神经性吞咽困难,损伤可发生在任何与吞咽启动、运行相关肌肉所控制的多级神经元通路处。中医药在吞咽障碍防治方面有着独特优势,可通过多途径、多靶点进行干预改善吞咽功能。通过查阅相关文献发现,许多中药在探索吞咽障碍动物模型的研究中疗效显著,其作用机制主要与抗炎、抗氧化,TRPV1受体激活、抑制及舒张冠脉循环,减轻脑水肿,缓解咽部平滑肌痉挛,抑制Notch信号通路等变化有关。

Dysphagia belongs to neurological dysphagia in which damage can occur in any of the multiple neuronal pathways controlled by the muscles involved in the initiation and operation of swallowing.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of swallowing disorders,and can improve swallowing function through multi-channel and multi-target intervention.By referring to relevant literature,we found that many Chinese herbal medicines have significant curative effects in the studies exploring the animal models of swallowing disorders,and the mechanism of action is mainly related to anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,TRPV1 receptor activation,inhibition and relaxation of coronary artery circulation,alleviating brain edema,relieving pharyngeal smooth muscle spasm,inhibiting Notch signaling pathway and other actions.
