液态模锻浇注温度对AZ80机械壳体力学性能和抗氧化性能的影响

摘要 为了探索浇注温度对液态模锻AZ80机械壳体力学性能和抗氧化性能的影响规律,在熔炼温度720℃、比压力50 MPa、压头速度60 mm/s、充型速度8 m/s、充型时间1.1 s、保压时间10 s和模具预热温度280℃不变的情况下,采用不同的浇注温度进行AZ80镁合金机械壳体试样液态模锻试验,并进行了试样室温力学性能以及350℃×24 h抗氧化性能的测试与分析。结果表明:在浇注温度从610℃增加搭到670℃,试样力学性能和抗氧化性能先提高后下降。AZ80镁合金机械壳体试样液态模锻的浇注温度优选为655℃。 In order to explore the influence rules of pouring temperature on the mechanical properties and oxidation resistance of liquid die forged AZ80 mechanical shell,the liquid die forging test of AZ80 magnesium alloy mechanical shell samples was carried out with different pouring temperatures under the melting temperature of 720℃,the specific pressure of 50 MPa,the indenter speed of 60 mm/s,the filling speed of 8 m/s,the filling time of 1.1 s,the holding time of 10 s and the mold preheating temperature of 280℃.The mechanical properties and oxidation resistance of the samples were tested and analyzed.The results showthat with the increase of pouring temperature from610℃to 670℃,the mechanical properties and oxidation resistance(350℃×24 h)of the samples increase first and then decrease.The pouring temperature of liquid die forging for AZ80 magnesiumalloy mechanical shell sample is preferably 655℃.
