摘要
针对全球藻类日益增多以及不可再生能源短缺的现状,综述藻类的资源化利用及生物制氢技术,包括预处理方法以及发酵制氢影响因素等,目前研究成果显示:不同预处理条件下藻类厌氧发酵产氢结果不同,综合运用多种预处理方法提高藻类水解效率可以获得到更高的产氢量;发酵过程影响因素的优化有利于进一步提高藻类厌氧发酵产氢的效率。指出藻类作为一种重要的厌氧发酵原料,未来的研究重点应根据当前藻类厌氧发酵产氢技术存在的主要问题,采取提高制氢效率的策略。
Based on the current situation of the increasing number of algae and non-renewable energy shortage,the resource utilization of algae and biological hydrogen production technology were reviewed,including pretreatment methods,influencing factors of fermentation hydrogen production,etc.The existing research results show that the hydrogen produc-tion results are different under different pretreatment conditions,and the comprehensive application of multiple pretreat-ment methods improved the hydrolysis efficiency of algae resulted in higher hydrogen production.The optimization of the factors affecting the fermentation process is conducive to further improving the efficiency of hydrogen production by algal anaerobic fermentation.It is pointed out that algae is an important raw materials for anaerobic fermentation,and the future research should be focused on the main problems of algal anaerobic hydrogen production technology and strategies to improve the hydrogen production efficiency.
