This article focuses on the basic principles of LiDAR technology and its specific applications in mining terrain measurement,including how to use laser pulses to accurately measure the surface,obtain terrain data,and process these data with the assistance of TerraScan technology to generate accurate 3D models and contour maps.By elaborating on the technical process,this article demonstrates the complete process from data acquisition to processing and analysis,highlighting the advantages of LiDAR technology in terrain measurement.Especially in generating 3D models and contour maps,LiDAR technology provides a more accurate and efficient way than traditional methods,providing strong support for understanding and analyzing mining terrain.This article aims to share the application experience of LiDAR technology in mining terrain measurement,emphasizing its important value in improving measurement accuracy.This not only has positive significance for promoting advanced surveying and mapping technology,but also provides more efficient and accurate technical means for mining development and management.
