矿山机械设备故障诊断与预防技术研究

摘要 随着采矿业总体规模的不断扩张,在引进新设备和新技术时,为采矿设备的发展提供了基本支持。本文主要分析诊断矿山机械设备的有效方法,基于有针对性的预防技术,更加安全、系统的管理矿山机械设备,既要保证机械设备熟练操作,还应定期组织保养、维护等工作的开展。通过及时诊断机械设备可能出现的故障问题,在预防的同时,提高机械性能,延长矿山机械设备的使用周期,为维护采矿作业的经济效益提供基本保障。 With the continuous expansion of the overall scale of the mining industry,the introduction of new equipment and technologies has provided basic support for the development of mining equipment.This article mainly analyzes effective methods for diagnosing mining machinery and equipment.Based on targeted prevention techniques,mining machinery and equipment should be managed more safely and systematically.It is necessary to ensure proficient operation of the machinery and equipment,and regularly organize maintenance and upkeep work.By timely diagnosing possible faults in mechanical equipment,while preventing them,improving mechanical performance,prolonging the service life of mining machinery,and providing basic guarantees for maintaining the economic benefits of mining operations.
