摘要
慢性肾脏病(CKD)在心力衰竭(心衰)患者中普遍存在,当心衰患者合并CKD时,诊断心衰的通用标准将不再适用,后续的病情评估与治疗也将受到诸多限制,且这类患者往往预后不佳。本文对CKD与心衰之间的共同发病机制、相互作用,以及合并CKD的心衰患者的诊断、治疗进行综述。
Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is prevalent in patients with heart failure(HF).When the HF patients have CKD,the general criteria for the diagnosis of HF will no longer be applicable,subsequent disease evaluation and treatment will also be limited,and such patients often have poor prognosis.This review summarizes the common pathogenesis and interaction of CKD and HF,and the diagnosis and treatment of HF patients combined with CKD.
