摘要
针对液压缸非预期振动的智能检测及定位问题,提出了基于试验现场异常信号源信号专家库的智能检测方法,通过在试验现场布置振动检测传感器阵列获取液压缸振动信号与专家库匹配,分析确定异响来源并输出液压缸空间分布坐标,实现异常液压缸加载点的快速定位,具有辅助试验实施的价值。
In response to the problem of intelligent detection and positioning of unexpected vibration in hydraulic cylinders,an intelligent detection method based on expert database for establishing abnormal signals on the test site is proposed.By arranging a vibration detection sensor array on the test site to obtain hydraulic cylinder vibration signals and matching them with the expert library,the resources of abnormal noises are analyzed and determined,and the spatial distribution coordinates of the hydraulic cylinder are output.This achieves rapid positioning of abnormal hydraulic cylinder loading points,which has the value of assisting in experimental implementation.
