新型数字化定位导板在正颌外科手术中运用的精确性研究

The accuracy of the novel digital positioning guide plates in orthognathic surgery

目的设计一种运用于正颌外科手术的新型数字化定位导板,验证其在正颌手术定位中的精确性。方法收集20名正颌患者,随机平均分为试验组和对照组,使用新型数字化定位导板和传统双板进行正颌手术。术后1周拍摄CT,测量其相较于术前设计的误差值。通过独立样本t检验比较各组差异。结果新型数字化定位导板平均误差低达0.94 mm,与传统双板相比,拥有更高的手术精度。其精度优势主要出现在前后以及垂直方向上,且在前牙区及鼻旁区有更好的精度。结论此设计的新型数字化定位导板相较于传统双板,拥有明显的精度优势。对于牙颌面畸形的治疗和以及手术计划的精准实施有重要的临床意义,可以尝试在临床中进一步推广。

Objective To design a new type of digital positioning guide for use in orthognathic surgery and to verify its accuracy in orthognathic surgery.Methods Twenty orthognathic patients were collected as experimental and control groups.A new type of digital positioning guide and traditional double jaw plates were used for orthognathic surgery.CT scans were taken one week after surgery to measure the error value compared to the preoperative design.Independent sample t-tests were used to compare differences between groups.Results The average error of the new type of digital positioning guide was as low as 0.94 mm,with higher surgical accuracy compared to traditional double jaw plates.Its accuracy advantage was mainly in the anterior-posterior and vertical directions,and had better precision in the incisor area and nasal region.Conclusions The newly designed digital positioning guide has significant accuracy advantages compared to traditional double jaw plates.This has important clinical significance for the treatment of maxillofacial deformities and accurate transfer of surgical plans,and can be further promoted in clinical practice.
