苏州地铁盾构隧道近距离侧穿高压铁塔的影响及控制技术

摘要 以苏州轨道交通S1线工程S1–TS–05标盾构区间侧穿高压铁塔工程为背景,采用FLAC数值模拟软件对盾构施工引起高压铁塔桩基变形规律进行预测,发现盾构施工影响建筑物安全使用。采取相关减灾技术措施后,不仅保证了盾构施工过程中高压铁塔的安全稳定,还有效控制了高压铁塔及地表变形,表明盾构侧穿高压铁塔时的减灾技术是合理有效的。 Taking the S1-TS-05 standard shield section of Suzhou rail transit S1 line project as the background,the FLAC numerical simulation software is used to predict the deformation of the highvoltage tower pile foundation caused by the shield construction.The calculation results show that the shield construction affect the safe use of buildings.After adopting relevant disaster reduction technical measures,the safety and stability of the high-voltage tower during the shield construction process were ensured,and the deformation of the high-voltage tower and the ground surface was effectively controlled,indicating that the disaster reduction technology when the shield crosses the high-voltage tower is reasonable and effective.
