摘要
可拆卸活门槛的人防门施工技术(简称“活门槛”施工技术)在人防工程验收中,常存在混凝土浇筑不密实、门槛标高控制不到位、预埋件固定不规范等问题,从而影响其密闭性能及通道平时安全疏散等防护作用的效果,因此其为重要的建筑工程类型。研究从施工技术方面着手,发现问题、分析问题出现的原因,重点阐述了活门槛后浇槽的预留方法、活门槛的钢筋绑扎、埋件固定、活门槛二次浇筑以及不同分包之间交叉作业等方面的施工技术要点,以提高人防工程施工过程中对活门槛位置施工质量的重视程度,并为活门槛施工提供质量控制参考。
The construction technology of detachable movable threshold civil air defense doors(referred to as''movable door Kai''construction technology)often faces problems in the acceptance of civil air defense projects,such as insufficient concrete pouring,inadequate control of threshold elevation,and non-standard fixation of embedded parts,which affects its sealing performance during wartime and the protective effect of safe evacuation of passages.Therefore,it is an extremely important type of construction project.Starting from the perspective of construction technology,problems were identified and the causes of the problems were analyzed.The key points of construction technology were elaborated on,including the reserved method for the rear pouring groove of the movable threshold,the binding of steel bars for the movable threshold,the fixation of embedded parts,the secondary pouring of the movable threshold,and the cross operation between different subcontractors.This improved the attention paid to the construction quality of the position of the movable threshold in civil defense engineering construction,and provided quality control references for the construction of the movable threshold.
