摘要
预制构件在脱模吊装阶段的裂缝控制对构件出厂质量至关重要。研究利用有限元模拟方法,分析了预制楼板在脱模吊装时的力学特性以及洞口存在对构件受力的影响。结果表明:靠近板长边中部处布置的方形洞口对混凝土受拉性能影响最大,洞口处易发生拉应力集中现象,且构件挠度也会增加。利用有限元模拟方法分析洞口存在对预制楼板脱模吊装阶段力学特性的影响,从而为构件设计及制作提供参考。
Crack control of prefabricated members at the stage of demolding and lifting is crucial to ensure the quality of the members shipped from the factory.In this paper,the mechanical properties of precast floor slabs during demolding and lifting as well as the influence of the presence of holes on the force of members are analyzed by using finite element simulation method.The results show that the square holes arranged near the middle of the long side of the slab have the greatest influence on the tensile properties of concrete,and the tensile stress concentration is likely to occur at the holes,and the deflection of the members will also increase.
