UHPGC与HRB600钢筋粘结-滑移本构模型研究

摘要 通过对16组不同直径、不同粘结长度的HRB600钢筋与UHPGC(超高性能玻璃砂混凝土)的拉拔试验,研究钢筋直径、粘结长度、加载速率和养护周期等因素对粘结强度的影响规律。通过进一步整理试验数据,对试验中的混凝土抗压强度、钢纤维体积掺量、玻璃砂替换率、钢筋直径、粘结长度以及保层厚度等主要影响因素,与试件的极限粘结强度进行拟合分析,得到UHPGC与HRB600高强钢筋的粘结滑移本构模型,为该类型结构体系的实际应用提供理论参考。 This study investigates the influence of factors such as steel bar diameter,bonding length,loading rate,and curing period on the bonding strength of 16 sets of HRB600 steel bars with different bonding lengths and UHPGC(Ultra High Performance Glass Fiber Concrete)through tensile tests.Further by organizing experimental data,the main influencing factors in the experiment,such as concrete compressive strength,steel fiber volume fraction,glass sand replacement rate,steel bar diameter,bonding length,and protective layer thickness,were fitted and analyzed with the ultimate bonding strength of the specimens.The calculation formula for the ultimate bonding strength of UHPGC and HRB600 high-strength steel bars and the bond slip constitutive relationship were obtained,Provide theoretical reference for the future practical application of this type of structural system.
