“一带一路”背景下中国引领全球经济治理的模式与路径研究

Research on the model and path of China leading global economic governance in the context of the Belt and Road

当前世界经济治理面临着全球化再平衡的挑战,在国际霸权政治、多极化趋势影响及现有的国际经济发展模式、全球化产业布局的大环境下,不同国家、经济体在国际分工中存在着较大的差异,导致了国际金融、贸易、资产市场的结构性失衡,全球经济治理需要新的主导与引领者。自2013年起,中国开始提出并推进“一带一路”倡议,通过构建新型的国际关系与国际合作,为全球经济失衡创造性地提供新发展思路,同时也为全球经济治理模式与路径提出了中国方案,在实现区域经济均衡发展、产业结构重新布局及金融资本贸易融通等多个方面起到了重要作用,是解决当下全球经济失衡问题的重要模式与路径。

The current world economic governance is facing the challenge of globalization rebalancing.In the context of international hegemonic politics,the trend of multi-polarization,the existing international economic development model and the global industrial layout,there are significant differences in international division of labor among different countries and economies,leading to structural imbalances in international finance,trade,and asset markets.Global economic governance needs new leaders.Since 2013,China has started to put forward and promote the Belt and Road Initiative,which creatively provides new development ideas for global economic imbalances by constructing a new kind of international relations and cooperation.At the same time,it has also proposed a Chinese solution for the global economic governance model and path,which plays an important role in achieving balanced regional economic development,re-layout of industrial structure and financial,capital and trade integration,and is an important model and path to solve the current global economic imbalance.
