摘要
基于2011—2021年湖南省面板数据,深入分析了湖南省地区数字经济发展水平与差异性,采用“纵横向”拉开档次法计算数字经济指数,使用Dagum基尼系数法分析数字经济指数的区域差异性。研究结果表明:湖南省数字经济指数呈上升趋势,11年间增长了1.15倍,年均增长率为10.1%;湘北、湘中、湘南、湘西11年期间年均增长了5.32%、0.48%、1.99%、1.11%;湖南省总体数字经济指数的区域差异性在11年间下降了7.98%,年均下降0.73%;湘中—湘北地区区域差异性年均缩小了约1%;湘中—湘南地区区域差异性年均缩小了约1.81%;湘中—湘西地区区域差异性年均缩小了约0.63%;湘北—湘南地区区域差异性年均扩大了约2.27%;湘北—湘西地区区域差异性年均扩大了约1.31%;湘南—湘西地区区域差异性年均缩小了约0.04%;研究对于制定差异化数字经济发展策略,促进湖南地级市区域均衡发展具有重要的科学和应用价值。
Based on the panel data of Hunan Province from 2011 to 2021,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the development level and differences in the digital economy of prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province.The"vertical and horizontal"pulling open grade method is used to calculate the digital economy index,and the Dagum Gini coefficient method is employed to analyze the regional differences in the digital economy index.The research results show that the digital economy index in Hunan Province has shown an upward trend,increasing by 1.15 times over 11 years with an average annual growth rate of 10.1%;the annual growth rates for Xiangbei,Xiangzhong,Xiangnan,and Xiangxi regions were 5.32%,0.48%,1.99%,and 1.11%respectively;the regional difference in the overall digital economy index of Hunan Province decreased by 7.98%over 11 years,with an average annual decrease of 0.73%;the regional differences between Xiangzhong and Xiangbei,Xiangzhong and Xiangnan,and Xiangzhong and Xiangxi narrowed by approximately 1%,1.81%,and 0.63%per year respectively;the regional differences between Xiangbei and Xiangnan,and Xiangbei and Xiangxi expanded by about 2.27%and 1.31%per year respectively;the regional differences between Xiangnan and Xiangxi narrowed by approximately 0.04%per year.The study holds significant scientific and practical value for formulating differentiated digital economic development strategies and promoting balanced development among prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province.
