基于岗位典型工作任务的教学实施探究

摘要 针对新能源汽车课程的特点,结合新能源汽车的技术领域和职业岗位(群)的任职要求,将学习内容按照岗位典型工作任务、工作过程和工作情境进行教学设计,借助“5G+XR”虚拟仿真技术,解决新能源汽车课程教学中的“三高三难”问题,提升学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的职业能力,成为企业需求的高素质技术技能人才。 Aiming at the characteristics of the new energy automobile course,combined with the technical field of new energy automobile and the requirements of vocational positions(groups),the learning content is designed according to the typical job tasks,work processes and work situations,and the"5G+XR"virtual simulation technology is used to solve the"three highs and three difficulties"problems in the teaching of the new energy automobile course,enhance students'learning interest,cultivate their vocational ability,and make them become a professional in demand of enterprises.With the help of"5G+XR"virtual simulation technology,we can solve the problem of"three highs and three difficulties"in the teaching of new energy automobile courses,enhance students'learning interest,cultivate their vocational ability,and become high-quality technical and skilled talents demanded by enterprises.
