城市交通拥堵点改善思路和方法研究——以广州市花都区为例

Research on Improvement Ideas and Methods of Urban Traffic Congestion Points——Taking Huadu District of Guangzhou City as an Example

城市交通拥堵问题是一个复杂的社会现象,它不仅与交通设施和交通流量有关,还受到城市规划、公共交通、交通行为等多方面因素的影响。随着广州市花都区社会经济的快速发展,机动车保有量及出行量也保持快速的增长,与此同时,受土地资源、资金等条件制约,花都区道路长度增长缓慢,交通供需矛盾日益突出,交通拥堵问题已经成为影响城市运行和市民关注的热点问题。从精细化交通设计入手,运用各种手段调整交通的供需关系,提出改善思路,结合拥堵点实例给出方法及措施,维持交通的有序性、通畅性,提高交通系统的运行效率。

Urban traffic congestion is a complex social phenomenon,which is not only related to traffic facilities and traffic flow,but also affected by urban planning,public transportation,traffic behavior and other factors.With the rapid development of social economy in Huadu District,Guangzhou City,the number of motor vehicles and travel volume also maintains a rapid growth.At the same time,subject to the constraints of land resources,funds and other conditions,the length of roads in Huadu District grows slowly,and the contradiction between supply and demand of traffic is becoming increasingly prominent,and the problem of traffic congestion has become a hot issue affecting the city's operation and the public's concern.Starting from the refinement of traffic design,we use various means to adjust the relationship between supply and demand of traffic,put forward the improvement ideas,and give the methods and measures combined with the examples of congestion points to maintain the order and smoothness of traffic and improve the operational efficiency of the transportation system.
