产教融合背景下高职汽修专业对口就业路径探究——以贵州农业职业学院为例

摘要 构建产教深度融合发展新格局是增强高职教育高质量发展的新动能,深化产教融合、校企合作是促进职业教育培养高素质技能型人才的有效途径。通过对汽修专业毕业生开展调查问卷的方式分析了汽修专业的就业现状,通过企业电话、走访调研的方式了解企业人才需求和汽修人才的供给矛盾。文章结合学生就业现状和企业调研情况,探讨了产教融合背景下汽修专业对口就业存在的问题,并提出了对策,为高职汽修专业对口就业提高就业质量提出了建议。 Constructing a new pattern of deep integration of industry and education is a new driving force to enhance the high-quality development of higher vocational education,and deepening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to promote vocational education and cultivate high-quality skilled talents.This paper analyzes the employment status of auto repair majors by means of questionnaires for auto repair graduates,and understands the contradiction between enterprise talent demand and supply of auto repair talents through enterprise telephone calls and visits.Based on the current situation of academic employment and enterprise research,this paper discusses the existing problems in the counterpart employment of automobile repair majors under the background of the integration of industry and education,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the employment quality of counterpart employment of higher vocational auto repair majors.
