摘要
针对排气系统开发过程中振动强度的设计,采用发动机加速度激励作为振动源对某排气系统进行频率响应分析,得到薄弱零件各个频率下的振动应力曲线,结合零件材料性能对最大应力进行评价,根据评价结果对方案进行优化分析,对比优化前后的振动强度,确定了最终优化方案,为排气系统的研发设计提供了一定的参考价值。
In response to the design of vibration strength in the development process of exhaust systems,engine acceleration excitation was used as the vibration source to conduct frequency response analysis on a certain exhaust system.The vibration stress curves of weak parts at various frequencies were obtained,and the maximum stress was evaluated based on the material properties of the parts.Based on the evaluation results,the scheme was optimized and analyzed.The final optimization scheme was determined by comparing the vibration strength before and after optimization.This provides certain reference value for the development and design of exhaust systems.
