摘要
阐述光电二极管性能测量的实验教学。通过引入自动化设备、实验数据自动采集与分析系统,探讨实验过程的自动化控制,并分析学生在实验教学中的效果,以提升实践操作和创新思维能力。
This paper describes the experimental teaching of measuring the performance of photodiodes.By introducing automated equipment and an automatic collection and analysis system for experimental data,it explores the automation control of the experimental process and analyzes the effectiveness of students in experimental teaching,in order to enhance practical operation and innovative thinking abilities.
