摘要
针对倾转旋翼飞行器研制过程中旋翼设计通常难以满足两个模式下飞行效率的问题开展了研究。通过采用两副类似直升机旋翼设计的旋翼和两副类似固定翼螺旋桨设计的螺旋桨,实现倾转四旋翼飞行器在两个模式下的基本功能。首先,对比分析不同升力组件布局方案,验证了构型的可行性。其次,根据设计指标开展总体参数及气动布局设计。最后,采用CFD方法进行气动特性分析,并基于飞行性能计算方法进行飞行性能计算,完成新构型倾转四旋翼飞行器总体方案设计。研究成果对于新构型倾转四旋翼飞行器的研制具有一定借鉴作用。
Research was conducted on the issue of rotor design often being unable to meet the flight efficiency requirements of two modes in the development process of tiltrotor aircraft. By using two rotors similar to helicopter rotors and two propellers similar to fixed wing propellers, the basic functions of quad tiltrotor aircraft in two modes were realized. Firstly, different lift component layout schemes were compared and analyzed to verify the feasibility of the proposed configuration. Secondly, the overall parameters and aerodynamic layout were designed according to the design index. Finally, the aerodynamic characteristics were analyzed by CFD method, the flight performance was calculated based on the flight performance calculation method, and the overall scheme design of the new tilting quadrotor was completed. The research results have a certain reference for the research of new configuration quad tiltrotor aircraft.
