6.5%姜黄根茎提取物乳油防治黄瓜霜霉病田间药效试验评价

摘要 [目的]黄瓜霜霉病是黄瓜生产中的常见病害,测定植物源新农药6.5%姜黄根茎提取物乳油对黄瓜霜霉病的田间药效。[方法]以化学合成农药687.5 g/L氟菌·霜霉威悬浮剂为对照药剂,2022、2023年连续2年在上海市松江区开展田间小区药效试验。[结果]2022年试验第3次用药后7 d供试药剂34.125、24.375 g a.i./hm2处理组防治效果分别为76.20%和72.06%,该效果与对照药剂687.5 g/L氟菌·霜霉威悬浮剂没有显著差异。2023年试验第3次用药后7 d供试药剂34.125、24.375 g a.i./hm2处理组防治效果分别为80.33%和75.03%,34.125 g a.i./hm2处理防效显著高于对照药剂。[结论]6.5%姜黄根茎提取物乳油对黄瓜霜霉病防治效果比较显著,是具有潜力的植物源新农药。 [Aims]Cucumber downy mildew(Pseudoperonospora cubensis)is a common disease in cucumber production.This study aims to test the field efficacy of a new plant-derived pesticide,turmeric rhizome extract 6.5%EC,to control downy mildew in cucumber.[Methods]The chemically synthesized pesticide fluopicolide·propamocarb 687.5 g/L SC was used as a standard product control,and field efficacy trials were carried out in Songjiang District,Shanghai,China,for two consecutive years in 2022 and 2023.[Results]In 2022,the control efficacy of 34.125 and 24.375 g a.i./ha treatment groups was 76.20%and 72.06%,respectively,which was not significantly different from that of the standard product control.In 2023,the control efficacy of the 34.125 and 24.375 g a.i./ha treatment groups was 80.33%and 75.03%,respectively.The control efficacy of 34.125 g a.i./ha treatment was significantly higher than that of the standard product control.[Conclusions]Turmeric rhizome extract 6.5%EC is effective in the control of cucumber downy mildew and is a potential new plant-derived pesticide.
