摘要
地方院校转型发展符合国家产教融合的战略布局,既是高等教育职业属性的根本体现,也是高校错位发展的内在选择。在历经分歧与迷茫、彷徨与博弈之后,地方院校正步入认同与顺应的新阶段。借鉴学者伯顿·克拉克的组织转型理论,地方院校转型发展生成的表征可概括为五大要素:体系化的顶层设计、强大的科技服务能力、丰富的产教融合平台、多元化的经费来源及积淀的应用文化。地方院校在立足区域发展和自身优势的基础上,已探索出产业学院、专业集群和创新创业等代表性模式,既各具特色,又都服务于转型发展的目标。
The transformation and development of local universities align with the national strategy of industry-education integration,which not only reflects the fundamental nature of higher education as a professional vocation but also represents an inherent choice for the differentiated development of higher education institutions.After experiencing disagreements and confusion,as well as hesitation and bargaining,local universities are now entering a new stage of acceptance and adaptation.Drawing on the organizational transformation theory of scholar Burton Clark,the characteristics generated by the transformation and development of local universities can be summarized into five main elements:systematic top-level design,strong technological service capabilities,rich industry-education integration platforms,diversified sources of funding,and the accumulation of applied culture.Based on regional development and their own strengths,local universities have explored representative models such as industrial academies,professional clusters,and innovation and entrepreneurship.These models are not only distinctive but also serve the goal of transformation and development.
