中华民族共同体本质上是人民共同体。从本体维度而言,中华民族共同体建设的人民主体实质是各族群众,要厘清人民主体与各族群众的对应统一关系、人民主体与中华民族的有机统一关系和人民主体与民族个体的相互依存关系。从认知维度而言,人民主体逻辑构成了从强调“中华民族大家庭”“中华民族共同体”为逻辑起点,到强调各族群众的行动价值和权利保障,再到以“为人民谋幸福、为民族谋复兴”为逻辑旨归的三维空间主线演进过程。在此过程中,不仅要把握好人民主体的多维身份定位,还要强化主体保障机制,更要激发人民主体的内生动力。从价值维度而言,人民主体逻辑不仅与新时代中华民族伟大复兴中国梦、中国在国际社会崛起的历史发展进程息息相关,而且凸显出当代中国统一多民族国家民族工作的发展逻辑和目标逻辑,具有强烈的务实实践价值。
