检测食品中有机磷农药的酶生物传感器制备与研究

Preparation and study of enzyme biosensors for the detection of organophosphorus pesticides in food

目的研究食品中有机磷农药检测酶生物传感器,并探索其最佳制备条件。方法本研究制备了用于检测食品中有机磷农药的酶生物传感器,包括电极和酶片的制备,并通过研究银镜反应时间、温度和pH找到制备其电极的最佳条件。同时对传感器的参数进行了优化,并研究了传感器的一致性和稳定性。结果制备电极的最佳条件是银镜反应10次、温度至少为25℃、pH为5.7~8.2。传感器检测的最佳参数是反应时间60 s、酶降解温度60℃和纯酶制剂,且单个酶传感器性能具有良好的一致性。结论本研究自制的酶片为一次性酶片,检测到氧化信号时,响应信号是规律性的,适用于食品中多种有机磷农药残留的检测。

Objective To develop an enzyme biosensor for the detection of organophosphorus pesticides in food,and to explore its optimal preparation conditions.Methods In this study,the enzyme biosensor was prepared,including the preparation of the electrode and the enzyme sheet,and the optimal conditions for the preparation of its electrode were found by studying the reaction time,temperature and pH of the silver mirror.At the same time,the parameters of the sensor were optimized,and the consistency and stability of the sensor were studied.Results The results showed that the optimum conditions for electrode preparation were silver mirror reaction number 10,temperature at least 25℃and pH 5.7‒8.2.The optimal parameters for sensor detection were reaction time of 60 seconds,enzyme degradation temperature of 60℃,and pure enzyme preparation,and the performance of individual enzyme sensors had good consistency.Conclusion The self-made enzyme tablets in this study are disposable enzyme tablets,and the response signal is regular when the oxidation signal is detected.Its suitable for the detection of multiple organophosphorus pesticide residues in food.
