技校工业分析检验专业工学一体化教学的实践与思考——以“化工企业外排水样氨氮含量测定试样的采集与制备”教学设计为例

摘要 技工院校以培养化工企业一线操作员为目标,工业分析检验专业的技能运用性尤其明显。但由于技工院校各方面条件较差,技工院校工业分析检验专业目前的教学效果不尽如人意。工学一体模式让学生在实践实训学习中体会现代化工企业的运行模式,达成学生职业技能训练的目的。教师在教学实践中,不断总结经验,培养符合企业需求的一线技能型人才。 Technical colleges aim to cultivate frontline operators in chemical enterprises,and the application of skills in industrial analysis and inspection is particularly evident,limited by various conditions due to limitations,the current teaching effectiveness of industrial analysis and inspection majors in technical colleges is unsatisfactory.The integrated model of engineering and learning enables students to experience practical training and learning understand the operation mode of modern chemical enterprises and achieve the goal of vocational skills training for students.In teaching practice,teachers constantly summarize experience and cultivate students who are in line with the frontline skilled talents required by enterprises.
