HER-2蛋白与胃癌患者临床病理特征及MSCT征象的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of HER-2 Protein with Clinical Pathological Features and MSCT Signs in Gastric Cancer Patients

目的 探讨胃癌患者HER-2蛋白检查的临床意义。方法 选取110例胃癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均开展MSCT检查,并采集病理标本经免疫组化染色法检测HER-2表达情况,分析HER-2表达与胃癌临床病理特征及其MSCT征象的关系。结果 低分化、有淋巴结转移患者的HER-2阳性表达率明显高于高中分化、无淋巴结转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HER-2(+++)表达患者低分化率明显高于HER-2(++)表达患者,HER-2(+++)表达患者有淋巴结转移率明显高于HER-2(++)表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HER-2阳性表达患者静脉期CT值(HU)明显低于HER-2阴性表达患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HER-2(++)表达与HER-2(+++)表达患者的表面毛糙、溃疡、系膜淋巴结肿大、平扫期CT值(HU)、动脉期CT值(HU)、静脉期CT值(HU)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HER-2蛋白表达与胃癌分化、淋巴结转移及MSCT静脉期CT值存在一定关联。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of HER-2 protein testing in gastric cancer patients.Methods 110 gastric cancer patients were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent MSCT examination,and pathological specimens were collected for immunohistochemical staining to detect HER-2 expression.The relationship between HER-2 expression and clinical pathological features and MSCT signs of gastric cancer was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of HER-2 in patients with low differentiation and lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients with high differentiation and no lymph node metastasis,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The venous CT value(HU)of patients with HER-2 positive expression was significantly lower than that of patients with HER-2 negative expression,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The low differentiation rate of HER-2(+++)expression patients was significantly higher than that of patients with HER-2(++)expression,and the lymph node metastasis rate of HER-2(+++)expression patients was significantly higher than that of patients with HER-2(++)expression,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)between HER-2(++)expression and HER-2(+++)expression in patients with surface roughness,ulcers,mesangial lymph node enlargement,plain scan CT values(HU),arterial CT values(HU),and venous CT values(HU).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between HER-2 protein expression and gastric cancer differentiation,lymph node metastasis,and MSCT venous phase CT values.
