基于ANSYS的标准地铁列车防爬器螺栓仿真分析

摘要 地铁列车防爬器的安装螺栓需要承担第一节车的重量,并且不发生断裂,因此对防爬器螺栓进行强度校核非常重要。螺栓连接接触面多,非线性特征复杂,使得真实的螺栓有限元仿真计算收敛困难,一般采用简化模型进行计算。文章以标准地铁列车为例,采用ANSYS软件模拟真实的防爬器螺栓受力情况,对收敛的方法进行总结,并对防爬器进行试验验证,试验结果证实了仿真收敛方法的准确性。 The installation bolts of the anti-climber for metro trains need to bear the weight of the first vehicle and not fracture,so it is very important to check the strength of the anti-climber bolts.The bolt connection has multiple contact surfaces and complex nonlinear characteristics,making it difficult for the real bolt finite element simulation calculation to converge.Generally,a simplified model is used for calculation.This paper takes the standard metro train as an example and uses ANSYS software to simulate the real force situation of the anticlimber bolt,summarizes the convergence method,and conducts experimental verification on the anti-climber.The experimental results confirm the accuracy of the simulation convergence method.
