电电混合动力机车高压电器箱设计

摘要 为提升车顶高压电器的防污能力,同时解决车内高压电气设备电磁干扰等因素的影响,电电混合动力机车车顶高压网侧电气设备采用高压电器箱集成方案。文章阐述了高压电器箱的电路原理和设计方案,建立了高压电器箱电场有限元模型进行仿真分析,并对其绝缘性能进行试验验证。仿真和试验结果证明,该方案满足设计要求。 In order to improve the anti-fouling ability of the roof high-voltage electrical equipments and solve the influence of electromagnetic interference and other factors of the high-voltage electrical equipments in the vehicle,the high-voltage electrical equipments on the roof high-voltage network side of electric-electric hybrid locomotive adopts the integrated scheme of high-voltage electrical box.In this paper,the circuit principle and design scheme of high-voltage electrical box are described.The finite element model of electric field of highvoltage electrical box is established for simulation analysis,and its insulation performance is verified by test.The simulation and test results show that the scheme meets the design requirements.
