磁浮列车受流器燃弧检测装置研制

摘要 针对磁浮列车运行过程中的受流器燃弧问题,文章根据燃弧弧光与太阳光在特定波长范围内的光谱强度差异,提出了一种基于紫外传感器技术的燃弧检测装置,并对该装置的设计与检测原理进行了介绍。通过线路试验,对燃弧检测装置的有效性进行验证,并研究导电轨、列车电流和运行速度对燃弧的影响,最后进行了燃弧评估。试验结果表明,该燃弧检测装置对于燃弧检测具有较好的准确性。 Aiming at the problem of current collector arcing during the operation of maglev train,this paper proposes an arcing detection device based on ultraviolet sensor technology according to the spectral intensity difference between arcing light and sunlight in a specific wavelength range,and introduces the design and detection principle of the device.Through the line test,the effectiveness of the arc detection device is verified,and the influence of the conductor rail,train current and running speed on the arc is studied.Finally,the arcing evaluation is carried out.The test results show that the arc detection device has good accuracy for arc detection.
